Meet the "Troubleshooter."  Our CFO Tom Fox is our go-to guy for all things strategic and financial:  business planning, fiscal management, corporate effectiveness, operational standards. He has 20 years of experience running companies. Tom has taken his passion for startups and turned it to the development of  profitable endeavours-helping managers meet the challenges particular to new businesses. He's created company systems, coached staff members on sustaining performance and productivity and formed healthy operations making millions.

Tom is adept at establishing the best practices for a firm, crafting needed forecasting, planning, assigning, reporting, and evaluation techniques to track improvements, eliminating barriers to success and increasing the overall efficiency of the organization. He's traveled extensively teaching and implementing management operating systems, cutting budgets and bloat where necessary, promoting expansion where appropriate to bring the greatest return.

Now, he's not all charts and graphs (although he comes up with some of the most spectacular designs-and you'll see them on our site and in our plans). What we also love and appreciate about Tom is that he is a ‘people' person, who cares for the individual in the organization, who is concerned every step of the way with how each phase of a plan will benefit those producing as well as the production, who never loses sight of the creatives in the creation.

He'll be making sure each project reaches maximum profit and potential, that each strategic partnership maintains the highest standards, that each individual receives the highest levels of support, while participating with equally high levels of integrity, dedication and fiscal responsibility.
