2bNews Update Winter/Spring 2008

2b's 2008...

It's been a busy first half, with new projects in New York City and new prospects half-way across the country.

United Cerebral Palsy of New York

2bcreative produced the premiere annual event for United Cerebral Palsy of New York City, one of the nation's largest providers of programs, assistance and education to children and adults with disabilities. It's an event that attracts lots of media attention, in part because so many members of the media are involved. United Cerebral Palsy was founded by the founder and CEO of ABC, Leonard Goldenson, whose eldest daughter had CP. UCP NYC gets generous support from the Hearst Corporation and from long-time CEO of NBC, Bob Wright, whose grandson is autistic.

The Women Who Care Luncheon honors women who are breaking barriers and clearing the way to new opportunities, empowering others in their professional and personal lives.

This year's Award winners included Deborah Fine, the President of NBC Universal's iVillage, who is helping an internet community of more than 27 million people live their dreams. Also involved in the program were media stars and celebrities, including Dan Rather, Susan Lucci, Linda Lavin, Lili Taylor and Donna Hanover.

2bcreative created what UCP NYC's CEO called "an outstanding, exciting and entertaining afternoon" that celebrated the creative spirit as it acknowledged the achievements of the honorees. Through the stories, poetry and pictures of UCP NYC program participants, 2bc highlighted the activities of the organization, helping UCP NYC meet its goal of raising more than half a million dollars!

We've also been busy on stage. We're working on the production of GODSPELL that's about to hit Broadway, in the first revival since the musical made its bow there 30 years ago. And we've got another Stephen Schwartz musical in the works-It's called Children of Eden, Stephen feels it's even better than Wicked and we're bringing it to Broadway!! WOW! So if you want to be part of either of these incredible shows, investments that are poised to blaze across the Great White Way, email us right now - you can reach us through the "Contact" button or email us at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it .

Coming up on our agenda, the creative re-launch of a casino in Reno. We've got all sorts of ideas and innovations on the drawing board to draw the crowds to a venue that will be getting an "extreme" entertainment makeover. Then there's pilot pitching of several reality shows, the promotion of concerts and some club concepts we're developing.

We'll keep you posted on all of it-and do get in touch if 2b can help you make your dreams a reality!
